We expect each water only or water and sewerage company to publish their performance against a range of key performance indicators (KPIs) at least once a year.
The indicators are intended to demonstrate to a company’s customers – and other stakeholders – how well the company is performing.
Each company may update their information more regularly than once a year. They may also include extra indicators about their performance. Our ‘Key performance indicators – guidance’ sets out what indicators we expect.
Links to each company’s key performance indicators for 2011-12 can be found below.
In some cases, the indicators are included within other information, such as annual reports, that a company produces.
